Corrections, calculator requests and questions about sources are all welcome. Reports of an incorrect figure are treated as the highest priority.
Enquiries are answered as promptly as possible. Please allow a few working days for a reply.
Reporting an incorrect figure
To investigate a discrepancy we need to reproduce it. Please include the name of the calculator, the figures entered, the result shown, and the figure you expected together with its source. Confirmed errors are corrected and the review date on the affected tool is updated.
Requesting a calculator
If working something out required piecing together several official pages by hand, that is the kind of tool this site exists to build. Describe the question you were trying to answer and the circumstances it applied to.
What we cannot help with
We cannot provide personal tax or financial advice, advise on an individual set of circumstances, or act on your behalf with HM Revenue and Customs. Personal financial advice is a regulated activity and this site is not authorised to give it.
